אזרחות והתאזרחות

קניית נכס אינה קונה דרכון. תוכנית האזרחות תמורת השקעה (CIP) הסתיימה ב-1 בנובמבר 2020. ההתאזרחות היום היא מסלול של שנות תושבות חוקית (טופס M127) ועמידה בתנאים, לא עסקת נדלן.

בעלות על דירה, כרטיס תושבות, תושבות מס, או חברה בקפריסין אינם מקנים אזרחות כשלעצמם. גם תושבות קבע בהשקעה היא מעמד נפרד מאזרחות. שיווק שמרמז ש'קונים דרכון עם דירה' אינו מעודכן.

מסלול רגיל (M127) אחרי תיקון דצמבר 2023

  • 12 חודשי תושבות חוקית רצופה מיד לפני ההגשה; היעדרויות עד 90 יום בסך הכול לא מפסיקות רציפות
  • בנוסף: לפחות 7 שנות תושבות מצטברת ב-10 השנים שקדמו לאותם 12 חודשים
  • יוונית ברמה B1, היכרות עם המציאות הפוליטית/חברתית, אופי טוב, דיור מתאים, מקורות יציבים, כוונה להתגורר
  • עמידה בסף אינה אישור אוטומטי

מסלול לעובדים מיומנים (ברמה גבוהה)

לעובדים מיומנים העומדים בהגדרות: אותם 12 חודשים אחרונים, וב-10 השנים הקודמות לפחות 4 שנים עם יוונית A2 או 3 שנים עם B1 (לפי הכללים שפורסמו). יש מסגרות לחברות אינטרסים זרים ותנאי שכר/השכלה. זה מסלול תעסוקה והגירה, לא מסלול נדלן. אשרו מול משרד הפנים / עורך דין.
